CBA1 Student Supports
Teachers may wish to print or download this resource to share with your students. Two versions of the resource have been made available in this section. The PDF version is useful if you wish to print out the resource, project it for students to look at or share with students as a read only file. This resource has eight pages. You do not have to use this resource and you are free to use any pages as stand-alone resources. The first two pages introduce the CBA title and provides advice for students to consider before they begin. The next four pages chart the four steps of the CBA process as outlined in the Assessment Guidelines with space for students to respond to the prompts. The following assessment items are from external organisations. The NCCA assessment item material is not an examination paper but rather examples of assessment questions that can be used to guide classroom assessment. The second item is the SEC sample examination paper which demonstrates the type of questions that might appear in the actual examination itself. The links for both assessment items are hosted on this site for your convenience.
